Catwoman is in league with Bane.
That's according to a Los Angeles Times article centered around an interview with Anne Hathaway, who plays Catwoman/Selina Kyle in the new Batman movie.
The interview was conducted during a summer visit to the set of Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises."
"Sorry to spoil things, boys, but Bane needs these guys himself," Hathaway's character announces to a crowd. One of the "guys" is a hooded Bruce Wayne, who appears to have been kidnapped.

Also according to the article, Catwoman wears high-tech goggles that can be adapted to look like cat ears, and her shoes' heels have serrated edges that leave wounds resembling claw marks.
For her own part, Hathaway doesn't slip any plot details in the article, which will be published in the newspaper's 2012 Film Sneaks issue. But she does defend the Catwoman costume that some diehard Batman fans have criticized.
“I love the costume because everything has a purpose, nothing is in place for fantasy’s sake, and that’s the case with everything in Christopher Nolan’s Gotham City,” she said.
Hathaway revealed that her inspiration in preparing for the Catwoman role wasn't Michelle Pfeiffer, Julie Newmar or Halle Berry -- all of whom previously played the villain -- but rather Hedy Lamarr, an Austrian-American actress from Hollywood's golden age.
“I know this sounds odd, but her breathing is extraordinary,” Hathaway said. “She takes these long, deep, languid breaths and exhales slowly. There’s a shot of her in [the 1933 film] ‘Ecstasy’ exhaling a cigarette and I took probably five breaths during her one exhale. So I started working on my breathing a lot.”
In other "Dark Knight Rises" news, a cam recording of the movie's extensive prologue has hit the Web (however fleetingly). The prologue has been playing before select IMAX screenings of "Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol."
"The Dark Knight Rises" hits theaters July 20.
